Cranbury is a township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 3,857.Cranbury joins Bellmawr, Egg Harbor Township, Montclair and Woodbridge Township as one of the five municipalities that have authorized dispensaries for the sale of medical marijuana.
